The Benefits of a Daily Multivitamin

As we make resolutions to eat healthier and exercise more, we forget to include vitamins to the list. Many of us are deficient in a vitamin or mineral, whether it is iron, Vitamin D, or a B vitamin, and we most likely don’t even know it.
